What does a portrait cost?
The preview is always free. If you love the result, the HD version without watermark starts at £3.99 as a digital download. Premium art prints start at £39 (20×30 cm).
How long does it take?
Usually under a minute. Two at peak times.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible. Front-on or slightly angled is best.
Can I get it printed?
Yes. We offer premium art prints on 200 g/m² fine art paper (matte, pigment-based) in three sizes: Small 20×30 cm (£39), Medium 40×60 cm (£89), Large 60×90 cm (£149). Shipping included worldwide; delivery in 7–10 business days inside DACH, 10–20 business days elsewhere. The HD file is included with every print.
What happens to my pet's photo?
